To celebrate, we’re opening our doors for a special behind-the-scenes look at how we turned a piece of Reading’s industrial history into a green-energy powerhouse that continues to evolve as the world continues to revolve.

On March 4, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, we invite you to join us at 841 E. Wyomissing Blvd, Reading, PA 19611 for a free, guided tour.
This event is part of the Green Building Alliance “Resilient Reading” initiative, highlighting local landmarks that prove high-performance building design isn’t just for skyscrapers—it’s for your local new and used car dealership in Reading, PA, too.
A 30-Acre Transformation
Long-time Reading residents might remember our location as the former Baldwin Brass manufacturing site. When Tom Masano Auto Group acquired the 30-acre property, we saw more than just old factory walls; we saw an opportunity to innovate and recreate.
Through strategic environmental remediation and visionary design, we transformed 300,000 square feet into a state-of-the-art automotive destination. Today, it features:
- A 150-car climate-controlled indoor showroom (72 degrees and always balmy).
- A dedicated commercial truck service center.
- Our signature 1-mile test track.
- Art, music, automotive culture, car metal, photography, aquaponics, Bitcoin mining and more.

Sustainability isn’t a buzzword for us—it’s how we operate every single day. During the tour, you’ll get to see the specific systems that help us reduce our carbon footprint:
- Waste Oil Recycling: We heat our entire facility using recycled oil from our vehicle services, eliminating disposal costs and saving energy.
- Adaptive Reuse: Rather than tearing down and starting over, we preserved a 75-year-old industrial structure, keeping tons of debris out of landfills.
- Indoor Air Quality: We utilize high-efficiency combustion and advanced monitoring to ensure a healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Harvest Moon Aquaponics: Yes, we have on-site agriculture! It’s just one of the ways we integrate community impact with commerce.
