Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy

Tom Masano Auto Group or Tom Masano, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") sends text messages (SMS)
to individuals who have provided their mobile number and consented to
receive them. This section explains how we handle information related to
our text messaging program.

Information We Collect
For our internal driver dispatch program, employees and contracted
drivers may voluntarily opt in to receive operational dispatch texts by
signing a separate, optional SMS consent form. Enrollment is not a
condition of employment or of receiving drive assignments; drivers who do
not opt in are contacted by phone.

How We Use It
We use your mobile number and consent solely to send and manage the
messages you have agreed to receive — including customer service and
appointment communications and, for our staff and contracted drivers,
operational dispatch notifications such as drive assignments and
availability requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates
may apply.

How We Share It — and What We Never Share
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your
text-messaging opt-in and consent data with any third parties or
affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share your
mobile number only with the messaging service providers and vendors that
help us deliver these messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
All other information sharing described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy
excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that
information is not shared with any third parties.

Opting Out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any
message you receive from us. After you opt out, we will send no further
texts unless you opt back in.
