This review is a little overdue but I would like to say I had a pleasant experience with this dealership. I was looking for a specific Acura truck that can be pretty pricey. I am from Baltimore, I looked all over for this specific truck & color. I had a bad experience with a dealership I found in Jersey. I ran across the same vehicle at this dealership online. I spoke with Chris he was very polite & worked with me. He made me feel comfortable. He didn’t try to manipulate me into not using my pre approval from my bank like DH Montclair Acura did. Chris made the process smooth & communicated with me through the entire process. I drove a 2 hours away to see and test drive the vehicle. We had an issue with the sun roof. They made sure it was fixed and they delivered the vehicle to Baltimore for free. Chris was great along with Mike. They made the process smooth. So far no problems, I have had this vehicle now for a couple of months. I was nervous about making a big purchase so far from Baltimore but I love my new truck.

To say I’m impressed is an understatement. From the initial conversation to the final paperwork I was blown away by: the quick but thorough responses, answers to any concerns/questions, information via text/picture/video, amenities to entertain our kids (an unexpected addition to the trip), and even follow ups to ensure satisfaction. Chris and Mike settled any uncertainties I had shopping online and from 5+ hours away. I’m thankful for my new Sierra and I’m confident as well as motivated to buy from Tom Masano for our next vehicle. Thanks guys!

Excellent experience! Chris was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Mike, the sales manager, was equally impressive and made sure everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Their commitment to great customer service really stands out. Buying a car is usually such a massive hassle. I’ve purchased about eight different vehicles from various dealerships over the years, and I can honestly say this has been the best experience by far. Usually, I walk into a dealership feeling like I have to keep my guard up—you’re constantly worried that they’re just trying to get one over on you or that they aren't being fully transparent. That was not the case here. From start to finish, this place was completely honest about everything. A huge thanks to Chris, who was incredibly helpful and made the entire process stress-free. They even went above and beyond by fixing some curb rash two weeks after the purchase and providing me with a loaner vehicle while they did it. In a market that feels saturated with dealers just looking to make a quick buck, this is one of the few places you can actually trust. Highly recommended!

This dealership blew my husband and I out of the water. We found exactly what we were looking for and for the best price in the state. They exceeded our expectations. Majority of their vehicles are newer in year with low mileage. I didn’t see one scratch or anything on a single car displayed for sale. The coolest part was their collection of cars they display. I have never been in a dealership with a vibe like this! 10/10. We were fortunate to have Matty & Wallie assisting us through the process. I highly recommend these two! My experience with Masano Auto Park was flawless! Matt MacDonald was the most efficient and courteous salesman.
