I had an absolutely amazing experience here. Sam was my salesman he gave us a tour of the building and of the great car collection. He was very helpful, personable, had normal conversation to help you pass the time, and was very patient. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend going here.

Derek in Sprinter service is great, service was fast (almost wish I had more time for the excellent coffee), and I’m confident that they’re knowledgeable about the Sprinter.

And their friendly shuttle service drivers got me back and forth from my office and kept my dry in the midst of a heavy rainstorm.

Our RV broke down and needed a major repair that included removal of a lot of non-Mercedes RV systems. Most dealers would have said "no". But Deric knew we were stranded and committed his people to give us priority and worked full time to get it all repaired. He kept us in constant communication along the way which eased our stress level. I can't praise them enough!
